Currently, Newpearl has set up four modern and efficient industrial parks in Foshan and Zhaoqing, Guangdong, Gao’an, Jiangxi, and Huanggang, Hubei, covering a total area of over 7000 mu (about 4.67 km2). With more than 50 automated intelligent production lines, the annual production capability exceeds 200 million square meters.

MANUFACTURING
Newpearl invested 300 million to build fully automated intelligent factory which is hailed as the first green intelligent factory in 2017 and is awarded the title ‘China Green Smart Manufacturing Demonstration Base for Building Ceramics’ by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Newpearl has created eight firsts in the industry and lead the construction industry to green production, environmental protection, artificial intelligence and flexible production.
Newpearl has been committed to innovative research and development and has established Newpearl Contemporary Ceramics Research Institute and postdoctoral workstation. Newpearl has cooperated with China University of Geosciences, Sun Yat sen University and South China University of technology in the research and development of industry university research cooperation projects and led or participated in the formulation of nearly 90 national, industrial and local standards.
